We require notice of 12 hours prior appointment for cancellations or rescheduling in order to avoid a %100 appointment charge. After booking is made we will charge %50 of booking cost for cancelations, except emergencies and resheduling is free of charge if requested 12h prior booked service.

Instabeauty accepts cash and credit cards via secure third-party partner.

Your debit or credit card will be charged automatically once your treatment has been accepted by one of the Instabeauty professionals. We use a safe and secure world leading third party payment processing service.

Stylists can only wait for a maximum of 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment time due to other commitments. Please note we have an 12 hour cancellation policy so you will be charged the full price of your appointment should it fall within this window.

Our Instabeauty team can come to your home, office, hotel or wherever you need us in Cambridge & 10 miles around into Cambridgeshire, howether we are expanding fast and keep adding more and more postcodes, you can check if we cover your area by booking appointment on the app or on a website “check if we cover your postcode” at www.instabeauty.co.uk

When you book appointment, you get a confirmation notification and reminder where it states how long is your procedure and what time it starts how-ether if you or your professional is late your procedure time will still start at the time you was confirmed.

The beauty professional will arrive at your location at the scheduled time. Majority of services requirement is for you to be seated next to a power socket so they can plug in their tools.

For Nails, Hair and Beauty treatments, our professionals will bring products and tools with them. For Massage and eyelash extensions, beauty professional will bring a massage bed, natural AromaWorks oils, and a set of towels, but you are welcome to use your own towels as well. For hair blow dry, please remember to wash your hair before our hairdresser arrival.
